3 Buds Holding Company (3BHC) exists because “We Love Our Buds!” This is an intentional double entendre. Of course, this phrase captures the passion and joy we experience from cannabis in all its aspects. This also describes our connection to family, friends, and community. The personal-use, or recreational, cannabis industry in New Jersey is an opportunity matched well to our intentions and experience. We have decades of practice working in highly regulated business and manufacturing. We are ready to take this chance to repair the damage cannabis prohibition has caused in our lives and our neighborhoods. Our purpose is to leverage our entrepreneurial spirit to share the benefits the cannabis industry presents with our family and community. We are poised to take our skills and experience into the market and evolve with this dynamic industry. Our pledge to provide and maintain a safe and high-quality product to our customers is a simple recipe for success.
These principles are the qualities that drive our vision and govern our plans. The repair value is about fixing things that are broken, adjusting things to improve, and learning from mistakes. Making repair the first value keeps our enterprise cognizant of continuous improvement and aligning individual, communal, and environmental goals. Our business definition for evolve is to develop gradual adaptive improvements initiated by variables. During the development of this business plan, we realized the cannabis industry is dynamic. We understand this will continue as the New Jersey recreational market progresses and the Federal legalization discussion moves forward. Our team is especially aware of this and committed to staying current and compliant to the advancing standards. The evolve value is equally important to our cultivation methods. As experienced and avid gardeners, we know the need for adapting and improving horticulture techniques to balance the needs of the plants with the environment. The core value of maintain will be evident in our consistent willingness to build on small wins and maximize opportunities. Our commitment to rigorously evaluate our company through the lens of our core values is the first step. In order for us to love our buds, we have to have a strategy to succeed.
These deliberate qualities translate our core values into an actionable business plan. We are aware of the need to know and follow the statutes. Our extensive practice following FDA CFR, and a host of other federal and states regulations puts us in an advantageous position to consistently meet the benchmarks established by the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (NJCRC). We have highly transferable biotech manufacturing experience that supports our ability to cultivate a high-quality product through continuous improvement.
